Once we receive your e-mail from this form, we will contact you and we will arrange to have FedEx pick-up your x-rays from your home or business to deliver directly to Dr. K. He will then contact you by e-mail with his evaluation as to whether you are a candidate for partial knee resurfacing or a ceramic hip replacement.
